Thought I'd put up some pictures of the 215 car..........
RdKing.
Sketches on the back of envelopes seem like legends but here we know it happened. The designer was on a very long flight to Australia. Have read this was the most extreme proposal but was the one selected. So glad they went for beautiful at all costs. Must have cost a lot to manufacture that perfect roof line with no rain gutters.Wow! How cool is this!
Thanks for sharing
Sorry for delayed reply. No, this is the only image I have.Do you have a higher quality picture of the envelope?
Ah man :-(My CL, before a hit and run driver wrote it off
Unsure, I spent £7700 on the car 10 months ago and the insurance is only willing to pay out £3900. If I decide to keep the car, they will deduct another £1500.Ah man :-(
That isn't that bad, are you going to repair it?
Ps: excellent rim choice 👌, I think it looks very very very clean on these
What did you end up doing to your car?Unsure, I spent £7700 on the car 10 months ago and the insurance is only willing to pay out £3900. If I decide to keep the car, they will deduct another £1500.
The car does need new back cats, and by the time I get another bonnet, bumper, and grille and get them painted (along with the back bumper also received minor damage), I thought it would work out cheaper just to purchase another car.
Finally finished working on this CL.
Here are couple of images:
