W211 Wagon tailgate misbehaving
Hi everyone,
Our 2004 W211 wagon's tailgate is acting up. Won't open with key button, but it tries to, it seems the latch isn't letting go. Opens fine with handle. Lock button causes it to go down maybe 8" then it pops back up to the fully open position. Close button on the tailgate seems to close it ok, but it doesn't latch fully. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
