Fatal? no one was killed in that accident. Why the cops took blood sample instead of alcohol breath test of the suspects only, not the other one? (both of them not dead, of course) I think it should be both to be fair, but who knows what if the MB driver is also drinking.
In the Philippines, accidents like these had fatalities, more precious lives are wasted because of corruption in the transport sector and incompetent and poorly trained motorcycle, car, jeepney and bus drivers; most of them involves motorcycles (more deaths). One example here, just last week a jeepney-load of passengers all of them family and relatives came home from a X'mas and New Year vacation the incident just 100 meters away from a toll booth going north in Batangas town were mostly killed the remaining were critical by a passenger bus who swerved into the jeepney's lane to avoid a slow moving car in front of the bus going south. In August last year; a beauty titlist along with 2 others were dead on the spot while the 4th was critical (status unknown up to now), the Toyota MPV (multi-purpose vehicle) that the fatalities were riding collided with a speeding bus in a provincial highway in Camarines Sur. I'm sure this kind of accidents will not stop until the gov't do something like installing a person who has the leadership of Adolf Hitler and the iron fist of Joseph Stalin.
