Hi i have w211 year 2005 limo got the audio 20 comand but cant play mp3:crybaby2: does any one know if there is som cd i can use to uppdate or something to get the comand to play mp3 its a EURO comand i have thank you very much :bowdown:

You do not seem to have a Euro COMAND, no COMAND at all but an Audio 20 CD head unit. No SW update to enable MP3. I'm afraid your options are something like a new head unit, an MP3 capable CD changer or this:

Thanks, a bit more DIY work but certainly an option for someone who is only after an MP3 player (AUX) interface.

I just follow the steps to add an "aux in" cable to my audio 20, but found that the main electric board is covered by a coating. Does it mean I cannot add the cable as above ?

Coating....... - in Audio 20, cannot add "aux in" cable...

That is a protective resin. The soldering iron will melt right through it, but then the coating
has been compromised in that spot.
