How many parts off a w210 will work on a w140? Like radio climate head side mirrors etc?

Also anyone know if w210 parts are pretty popular and in demand? I may have a line on a parts car cheap in good shape?

When it comes to the transmission, The 4matic W210 may comes "closer" to the W140

On the E-Class three flavors of the 722.6 exist, and they are not interchangeable with in a W210s

On the S-Class "SIX" flavors of the 722.6 exist, and the same of interchangeable issues exist.

What it comes down to it:is a fewer less clutches in a few clutch packs, but the biggest non compatible part is the input K2 shaft is different on W210, and three types of torque converters exist in the entire 722.6 family.

For physical parts on the transmission is OK, but for the whole assembly it will be interesting event. When swapping a 722.6 from another car. Always grab the Transmission ECU, and the shifter from the donor car.
