sorry to hear of the violence. hope you're recovering well.
my wagon has 340k miles. currently sitting at mechanics, awaiting rear suspension hydraulic lines. Mercedes still doesn't use copper/nickel lines, they use mild steel, and it's a car killing problem. fuel, brake, and rear suspension self leveling systems all end up with rusty lines.
between the wheel and suspension parts you mentioned, I would also look at ball joints and steering components. if it's a 4matic, front axles are very reasonably priced. on a 100k mile car they might not have been replaced yet. to do the axles basically all the front suspension and brakes get pulled, so it's a great time to do brakes, balljoints, steering stuff, and struts if you're close. Chrysler used the same parts on a bunch of cars so parts prices are reasonable.
the headlight harness has inaccessible connectors behind the front bumper cap, they go intermittent and cause problems. my independent had a sedan with the front end taken apart, I asked him about it. it was a customer who had bought all the parts to convert from hid to halogen, mechanic disassembled to do the job and instead found the connector issue.
