350e Estate Premium Plus Rear Tyres

Hi I am new to this forum and I could do with a little advice please go easy on me!
I have just replaced my rear tyres from conti to Prielli PZeros (245/40 R18 Y XL) and the fuel filler door label shows 270 kpa (39PSI) rear (up to 3 people) which is what I had on the contis, the tyres wore out in 12k miles and mostly in the centre so I thought maybe the pressures were a little high. Does anyone have any idea what the best pressures would be for good grip and tyre life.
I know the batteries add about 250lbs in weight to the back of the car I guess that's why its lower pressures in the front (250 / 36).

Thanks in advance

The rear tires on these cars are known to wear out fast, but 12k miles is low. Do you rotate your tires regularly? You should rotate your tires every 5-6k miles. If you have staggered arrangement, rotate them left with right. Also if you get your tires from a reputable shop, they should honor the manufacturer warranty on the tires and give you prorated credit.
