W203 c32 amg blower fan issue

i have a 2002 c32AMG heater blower stopped working ,but it works for a few seconds when first started ,ive replaced the motor/resistor,didnt solve it,replaced incar control panel ,didnt solve it,,,when i take the key out motor kicks in for about 30 secs ???/any help would be appreciated thanks
