I own a w202 1997 model that was recently had the gearbox seal replaced due to some leaks noted. Immediately the gear box was returned i noted that the car jerks and can't move beyond 50mp/h. Its like the car can't engage above gear 3 ( its an automatic transmission).
I run a diagnosis test and no errors were noted on the transmission.
Will appreciate your usual helpful tips on what the problem with my beautiful baby....
I have been advised to carry out a gearbox overhaul. Would this really resolve the issue?
