I recently bought c230k 1999 car and when i turn the key the BAS/ASR light wont come on. SRS and ABS lights do.
My older 1998 had the bas light, so i was wondering has somebody tried to hide the light on purpose? Or is it normal

goto Account Details----> add vehicle details---->
ADD your make model YEAR ----> click save

Scan and see what codes show up.

It's suppose to come on briefly. The bulb can be burnt out or someone took it out to hide a fault.

Sadly, it happens (up here at least), from many curbers.
A must have item - to bring a scanner along, to test things out.

Yea i was thinking about that but the ASR system still works tough, i can switch it on and off. So i think it would be the bulb?
