Congrats John H! Your car looks absolutely mint.
That's how! Plus it's a great color.Thanks guys,
I am still shaking my head at how I managed to win this when jporrata's beautiful 190E 2.3-16 was also in the running, let alone all the other cars with vastly more attractive wheels than 15" steel rims with plastic covers.
Anyway, this is indeed a historic occasion, as I believe it is the first time a 190E 1.8 has ever won anything, anywhere, on any level.
I will now refer to my car as "the award winning 190E 1.8".
I will also celebrate this win by filming a 0-100km/h dash in the 1.8. (Yes, a full length feature film, possibly with intermission!)![]()
<3One vote for William's car.
I haven't<3
You can't tell me you still haven't found one yet, Vail =O Just get a beater or something at least for now![]()
As the owner of the award-winning 190E 1.8 with it's ROTM-winning 15" grey plastic wheel covers and factory cassette player, I'd say everyone should consider entering ROTM regardless of how ordinary they think their Benz may be. However, those entries for ROTM that didn't win should carry over for next month. This would avoid the owner of the great car that just missed out feeling disheartened and not resubmitting next month.aite, it seems like with rotm we revive it it goes on for 3 months or so and then no one has submissions and everyone has lost interest in the whole thing. as a forum do you guys think we should keep the W201 ROTM going? and those of you that vote yes how many of you are actually gonna submit something?
Disregard that statement; too much static from others about the whole situation.Go out and buy a w201 already! haha.
