W140 Class control arm bushings

I am told that I need to replace my lower control arm bushings. Is this a DIY project or will I have to let a shop do it? If DIY does anyone have step by step for the project?

if your so called parts installer used his 42" pry bar on the lower bushings to show you...

if your so called parts installer used his 42" pry bar on the lower bushings to show you they move...... they are suppose to move. find a mechanic, not a parts installer........
