Beige leather backseat for a w126 I intended to install this in my 300SD, but the bolts don't match up as my car did not have power rear seats. My loss your gain. There are no rips or tears on the leather. The cloth on the underside is a little torn up, but I don't think this will show once installed. It's a little dirty, but I haven't tried cleaning it up.
