Looking for some input on some relativity inexpensive Christmas gift ideas for a w126 owner.

Thanks

For an earlier w126, a shifter knob to replace that ugly rubber one or a steering wheel to drop the huge diameter wheel.

For a late gen2, maybe a car cover? Nothing better than protecting your project.

Best bang for your buck in IMO, H&R springs. Changed the w126 for me for the better by way more than any mod I've done.

Triangle is useless unless they break down often, it just sits in the trunk

Go for the shifter steering wheel or detail

Got a nice set of Euro headlights I'd sell you cheap. Or temp display, or perfect steering wheel, or......

Merry Christmas

I imagine we've all had to replace the window switches at one point along the way.
For sure, but not in the amount that my old 5000 CS Quattro used to eat them. I loved that car but the electrics were awful.

+1 on the trunk triangle. Gave one to my brother in law for his birthday and he loved it.

Also if it is anything other than a late gen II a rolltop console box is a nice gift.

The triangles are definitely a great idea. I get a bit excited whenever I'm able to get one for each of my cars. They just make everything seem more complete.

Since they're really rare I imagine those original spare fuel cans that sit in the spare tire would make an awesome gift. That is if you're ever lucky to come across one of course... There are plenty of more practical gifts you can get, but for me little things and accessories always bring a smile to my face.
