Hi I'm replacing my head gasket in my 1991 300SE at 90k mi. I apparently have a stubborn distributer drive retaining bolt (T-30) I snapped one drive bit and distorted another. Also, Should the air pump be removed to better access the timing chain tensioner? The upper bolt on the pump also seems to be frozen.
I recently replaced my control rod bushings and would enjoy sharing my experience and advice with another member. Robert
