It's hard to tell much by the pictures, but brown wires usually are grounds. check them for continuity to the chassis with an ohm meter (battery disconnected first). The red and white wires are a total mystery to me, but with the taped ends, they dont look factory installed. If theyre in the trunk area, are they wiring to aftermarket speakers or amp?

All components with brown/green wires connection (that I found on electr. scheme):
A1p3 (oil pressure gauge) - X27
B5 (oil pressure sender) - X27
N7 (exterior lamp failure indicator) - e14 (control lamp of the exterior lamp failure indicator)
S17/6 and S17/5 (rear interior lamp switches for rear doors) - S18
S18 (rear interior lamp (above rear window) switcher on central console) - X6
E15/3 (rear interior lamp) - S17/5
