This video goes over how to disassemble and install new diaphragms from George Murphy and Performance Analysis in Tennessee into the dual diaphragm pods.
Again, I advocate buying new MB pods first. Doesn't matter which dual pods, the only difference is the arms. The ones that are NLA are becoming more so each and every day. I only put this on here to use the Performance Analysis pods as a last resort down the road for those who were too late to buy the MB ones. It is still uploading to Youtube as I type this so if the link doesn't work, try again later.

Both RECIRC flap pods are NLA, so this is the only way.

Does anyone know if any of the other abundant dual chamber pods can be used as a replacement for the 0475/1175?

It should as the 0475 and 1175 are dual diaphragm pods.

They’re both NLA; what I meant was if anyone knows if the W126 pods are the same vacuum driver units and if those can be attached to the W124 actuator rods.

0475's are at ECS Tuning right now:

1175's are at Amazon right now:
under Behr/Hella PN# 351329361

Yes, the W126 dual diaphragm and W124 dual diaphragm are the same pods except for the snap on arms.

I checked last week for both and they were NLA everywhere; Thanks for letting me know!

ECStuning often lists stuff that is NLA, they won't know til you order it, and they try and get it from Mercedes, then find out its NLA.

The ECS pods are also NLA, I’m just buying the repair kit, and some 126 pods to use for parts. It’ll be easier that way.
