Hi!

I don´t know if you have a diesel or gas engine but to change waterpump in a diesel W123 is one of the easiest things you could do. Just slack the generator belt and remove the fan and belt pulley. (four screws)
Then unscrew the four bolts that keeps the pump. clean the gasket area. New gasket and pump in, put back the fan and pulley. Adjust the generator belt and pour some coolant into the radiator and 15 min later you`re on the road again!

hmmm.... cheers.

it's a gas, unfortunatly, but that doesn't sound too difficult to do. is the layout for the gas and deiel versions the same? it's a 280ce, in case that makes a difference.
