Hi Erik
When I was surfing the web I came across your ambulances, witch are very nice, and I came across your problem. The information.
I am the proud owner of an w123 250 Funeral Coatch
and the car is about the same model as the w123 ambulances. Here in Holland (yes, I'm Dutch)there is a firm that is specialized in restaurating w114/115 w110 and yes w123 funeral coatches and ambulances. The adress is www.artdepot.nl/car1.htm
but I'm afraid it's al in Dutch. But the bottom line is this. They'll restaurate almost every MB but are specialised in W114/155 w110 and w123. On request they will do ambulances and will send you information if you need any.
My guess is they will reply english letters in english if you contact them. If you do not succeed in English, just send me an e-mail and I will send a mail in Dutch to them for you.
I hope this information was usefull for you
Yours Sincerly
Richard
