Here are some more. The amount of attention that she has been getting everywhere makes me wonder (and feel pretty special). We visited a hotel in Bangkok recently and other guests stood around and stared. Finally the valet decided to leave it in the drive instead of putting it into the garage.

With a beautiful car like that it's not surprising at all. Cars that are over 20 years old and still beautifully maintained might be an extremely rare sight in Thailand by now. Enjoy and get used to the adulation!

Hey guys/gals. So, I went over to my uncle's house today to check out his 300SEL 6.3 and some other things laying around the yard (he is a Mercedes mechanic) and he gave me his 350SE. So, still shell-shocked, here is a picture of it. European spec with 300,000 kilometers on it. I need to get it working (the fuel system needs to be replaces) but I now have a great hobby!

By the way, just a rough estimate, how much would a new fuel pump and gas tank be?
I have built a car before, but never restored one!
