i posted in the wanted/for sale, but I'll take a stab here... looking for the button only, that controls the W/S driving mode on the shift console. bought an 01, and it is missing. I know the button is sold with the console.....

thank you.

Ahh, then I wish you luck. I looked on ebay really quick and only found one shifter on there and it was $150. You could also try some local salvage yards, I've been surprised a few times what I've been able to find there.

Does your shifter assembly have 'manumatic' (tiptronic)? I might have one in the basement somewhere, but I'm pretty sure it's a non tiptronic one.

I was in the same situation with window switch.
Those things pop sometimes in ebay, so monitor the listings.
In my case son, who drove the car did not care and I sold the car with bad switch.

understood, thank you, but holding out hope someone has one on a damaged unit. the empty space is clean; nothing broken there.
I looked in EPC, the pre-facelift 210's seem to have that switch as a replaceable part along with the gear indicator, part # (A)1405402349:

This part is around $30, and although I can't guarantee the switch would be easy to remove from this part and install on your car, it would probably be the most cost effective way of replacing the switch. Your user CP says your E320 is post-facelift, but for $30 I think it's worth a try. I hope this helps!
