Could be bad mosfets. Common issues.

I'm not Dave, but "MOSFET" stands for Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor. Basically, it's a transistor. Transistors are what control the power to those lights. And yep, they do start to go bad after a while, at about the age of our cars. There are electronics technicians out there who replace those; Google will find them for you.
