I have checked VIN: MERCEDES-BENZ (???????? ??????????) | CARInfo and found the list, but I could not figure out if the car has a seat package (I do'nt remember if it was called dynamic seats, or massage function or not)
Also I see that it has parktronic, but does thaat mean rearview camera or just audio notifications.

The code for dynamic seats is 430, as of 1998, and I don't see it in the data card under the options. One can only assume you don't have it based on that. The packages are broken down into their individual code components, so nothing should be hidden.

As for the parking camera, I believe that was added to the Parktronic Assist toward the end of the range. All this car will have are the sensors in the bumper and the indicator to indicate how close you are from the object you are parking near.

Nice R107 you have there. Got the manual gearbox with the M103! Must be a fun car!

Note some of the codes have changed, so it's showing your color option code 473 to be a low-compression engine. It's actually Champagne Metallic, which was used as code 473 until 1988.

I'll include another PDF that will allow you disambiguate codes correctly based on years.

Much obliged, thanks!! My car, well it's indeed a rare one with this set-up, but honestly, this is a car for cruising and therefore best with an automatic... but then again that's just my opinion. For now, I still have a lot of restoring (rust!!) to do, hoping to fully enjoy it next summer!

But ValFanatic gets the info from Daimler AG, see the copyright note. MBUSA would certainly have access to the same database.

Could you post the info you got? I would have expected a window sticker from MBUSA instead of a data card but if you say the print is mostly in German language, it can't be the window sticker.
