Noise

It sounds like something is vibrating or shaking when I am in reverse and apply the brakes. This does not happen when I am in drive. It happens on both slopes and level surfaces. I would say it is coming from the rear of the vehicle but then again not positive on that.

Try the motor mounts check. With your foot on the brake in drive, SLOWLY and CAREFULLY press the gas, have someone look to see if the engine "jumps" excessively.

A trusted source just mentioned it could be wheel bearings or my right rear brake.

If it was the bearing I would think you would have had the sound all the time, not only in reverse.
I would jack the car, remove the rear wheels & make sure the callipers & everything else is tight.

Right rear park brake. Either broken springs flying about in the drum, or brake shoes have separated from their backing plates.
