Take your instrument cluster out and replace the 3 watt light bulbs.
Over the years dust on the bulbs burn on the glass and makes the bulbs very dim. It is like there is a black film on them.
Don't go buying the 5 watt bulbs of the same size, they create way too much heat and will melt the plastic reflectors.
