Did Mercedes have such cars built in limited numbers by outside coach building companies or was it all done by Mercedes? I'm sure if some one had the money Mercedes could build anything the customer desired.

From the looks of it, this car is a T210 from the B-pillar, back and from the shoulder line, up. IMHO, it looks to be a bit of a jumble of parts, but an interesting car nevertheless.
