I have been told one can replace the rubber valve seals w/out removing the head, Anyone know how to do this? Thanks!

Yes, you can accomplish this with determination. It's not a trivial task.<br> <br> How bad is your oil consumption and what model 123 are you talking about? I replaced them on a 300D that was using LOTS of oil and it was a waste of time. If the car is only using a moderate amount of oil, like say a quart per 1,000 miles, it might be worth it. If it's using a quart or more per tankful of fuel, it's probably a waste of time, it's overhaul time.<br> <br> Good luck,<br> Larry
