Hey!

So I had a fun night - was driving down the read and suddenly... BAM! I hit a roe deer with about 60 km/h. So my passenger side headlight broke and bumper cracked too. I got into the car and from left air vent, there was a sound of air flowing all the time, even if the heater was off and turbo did not work properly, it was whispering very badly (If you only REV hardcore, it will kind of give boost). Yesterday I visited workshop and they said, that there is low vacuum in system. It should be like 0,6 BAR but I have only 0,4-0,5 BAR's.

Question - where I should look for vacuum leak and what kind of service/shop repairs this kind of stuff?

You have very rare engine, so don't expect direct experience.
Diesels do have vacuum pump mounted on the engine, that powers brake booster via big hose and that splits into smaller one that goes to car climatization system.
Follow the small hoses and look for disconnected one.
The car also has vacuum reservoir, usually mounted between inner and outer fender, so sounds like yours might get damaged in accident.
