Intake Runner Vacuum Valves broken and leaking?

Greetings!
2006 C-230 Sport

The wife's car has a CEL that indicates a lean condition. After tracking down the very noticeably audible leak, we sprayed some cleaner and found the rough area to be coming from one of the diaphragms on the front driver side of the intake.

The two items in question are the ones with arrows of course, but the leaking one is the highlighted one. **Update: Found another forum that has the answer to the parts. "Intake manifold vacuum valves that control the intake runners".**

So, the next question is, can someone help confirm what the center actuator valve is? In
, (Different model, same engine layout.) it refers to it as the "air intake manifold switchover valve", which sounds very much like the other parts names. I'm so confused. If this is all for the same purpose, what are each other the three parts called individually?

For more on my problem, I'm tracking it all on my blog here:

A friend just told me these are intake manifold vacuum valves that control the intake runner. Great, now to figure out how to replace the leaking one without having to hit the dealer. Most online stores don't seem to carry any parts fitting any combination of that name or a variance.
