Vaccum line

My 1990 300E failed emission by little margin.(Limit 578 ppm, car reading 615 ppm.) The guy told me to use Sea Foam to clean the system out. Can any one please tell me which vaccum line to use to make sure lines feed all cylinders. I have a new o2 sensor, new EGR working valve, cat was replaced last year, new oil change. new valve guide seals,

Hc ppm Limit 52 Reading 17

CO ppm Limit 0.29 Reading 0

NO ppm Limit 578 Reading 615.

Use the vacuum port at the very right back side of the intake manifold (facing engine) that is used for the vacuum pods. Let the engine suck in about 1/2 of the can then turn the car off and leave it alone for 15-20mins. Then start the car back up and rev the engine to about 3500 for a good 5-10mins until all the smoke is gone. Put the other 1/2 of the can into the fuel.

***Remember this is VERY obnoxious so do it somewhere other than your street or the neighbors will probably be really pissed off to see white clouds fill their rooms****

Also throw a couple bottles of Isoheet into the fuel system also. You are pretty close to the limit for NO, so I bet the combination of the two will put you over. Also inflate your tires to the stated limit for that particular tire for the test then deflate them back down to ~32psi afterwards.

While you are at it, take the opportunity to find out why this is happening....Make sure no error codes are present and you are in closed loop 45-50% duty cycle by reading the X11 port on the drivers fender.

You have really decent readings for HC. I'd guess that if your EGR system is functioning properly (not only having a new valve but line btwn valve & intake is clear and valve is opening when it should) that you may be running super lean. As ps2cho stated ck duty cycle, may need to richen up just a bit.

Pull the vacuum line that goes to your brake booster. I just did this. Really easy.
