"Q. Is removal of the cluster an easy procedure?
A. Unfortunately, we do not have any information on the removal of this cluster. We recommend that you take the vehicle to a mechanic to have the cluster removed."
Good luck even driving your car without the cluster!
Yes, a warranty, but still the same inconvenient process.
Lots more convenient at your dealer and the warranty there gets you another new part. Convenience is worth some cost, isn't it? I bet at my dealer, if I arranged this service in the morning they'd have the new part shipped to them and installed in my car the next day.
Boy, I'd like to run a company where my customers made my work this convenient for me and where I didn't have to invest in any inventory.
