well im about to get the car tomorrow but when i drove it, the temp gauge was in normal range... but when i was stopped and idling, it was creeping up about 10~15 degrees.

I don't know if I should buy this or not!?!

im thinking Thermostat, Fan Clutch(or electric fan looked like) or water Pump

is this normal?

No need to shout, and yes, it's normal.......

Standard operating range is 80 to 100 degrees C. The temperature sensor is located at the engine gooseneck, and is subject to wider variations then you would typically expect.

Again, adding my voice to the others, the slightly higher temp is quite normal when idling or slow traffic. I even asked a service tech about it. He said it is fine, and will go even higher when the weather outside gets really warm.
