Don't ask me how because I'm not exactly sure myself, but the right (passenger) side front drive shaft got pulled out yesterday while I was trying to reassamble the front end.

How the heck do I get it back in?

Also while I'm on does anyone know the correct torque settings for the following:

Steering tie-rod end ball joints;

Suspension lower control arm ball joint to wheel carrier / steering knuckle casting;

Suspension upper control arm ball joint to wheel carrier / steering knuckle casting;

Drive shaft end nut.

PS As an afterthough - how do I get the left one out as well? Might as well take them in and get the damaged CV joint boots replaced while they're (half) out...
