I have a 2003 ML350 that I bought new and picked up at the factory. It was garaged for the three years I was deployed to SWA fighting the war on terrorism. It is a great driving and comfortable vehicle. I have taken it to several of the local shops that install stereo upgrades but no one will consider doing it because it is a Mercedes. I have talked to the local Mercedes dealership and they say they do not have an upgrade for the MCS but offered to sell me a new vehicle. Is there an after-market Stereo system that can be installed in my vehicle that will not require me to completely rewire the vehicle. My vehicle has a Boise speaker system with a rear mounted CD changer. It does not have navigation or the $6000.00 analog telephone option installed. I am planning on keeping the vehicle a very long time. I would like to find a system that includes everything, stereo, sat radio, sat tv, DVD, Nav, Bluetooth cell phone interface, iPod interface and controls, hardrive, usb interface and backup camera. I am not interested in cassette tape or retaining the rear CD changer. Does anyone know of a system that comes close to these features and will fit my vehicle? Please Help!
