great job! Looks excellent. Btw.. are the brembo front rotors have the cooling vanes just like the ML55?
and that's the reason I asked few posts above if the brembos have those cooling vanes/vented like the ML55 but gotten no reply. If no one knows what cooling vanes are, they are those slots sandwich in between the front and back rotor surface. It allows heat to extract out of the rotor more efficiently.JimB - 4/17/2006 7:11 AM
But don't get me wrong, is the rotor supposed to be the other way around, look at the hole its all pointing forward.
Thanks for confirming the vanes trick! This is what I meant as to what direction the vanes suppose to be facing btw. The direction of the slotted holes doesn't matter which way it's facing, but the vanes do!the Front has the Vanes but the back does'nt have any. sorry, but i still dont get what u mean about they need to be pointing Clockwise

LoL... gw, remind me not to order the same company when I need to order my rotors in the future. LoL [gwwaterman - 4/17/2006 4:14 PM
Well - it won't let me send a picture today. I'll try later.
But has anyone noticed that the vanes in the rotor are the same left and right? They are drilled differently, but the vanes inside run only one way, like they only cast one version of the rotor and use it on both sides (perhaps I got ripped off?). It looks to me like the right rotor ends up running backwards.
ah.. you lied! [trickm911 - 4/17/2006 4:57 PM
my rotors vanes are just straight no curves....
