its not a common color, but in the US I think its called "seafoam green". I've seen w124's particularly two 500e/E500's... and also an SEL in that color. They all looked good.
I remember seeing a few W124 CEs and a convertible in this colour. It must've been quite a popular colour for the W124 range.Snibble - 2/10/2005 8:07 PM

It seems you didn't look quite so closely at this one before purchase, Mr MBL. I am not convinced by the previous owners choice in wheels, and just look at thast appauling door alignment. Has it been in a wreck at some point?MBL87560SEC - 2/10/2005 6:07 AM

Ugh, and let’s not start on the awful racing strips on the roof... [ScrapingScrap - 2/11/2005 6:42 PM

However, I do like the way you have paved your driveway with that classic faux-ipod look. Very classy.
You're absolutely right, Storm. Just take a look at these pictures. The smaller rims don’t do the car(s) any justice.Storm. - 2/12/2005 4:31 PM
It makes a HUGE differece in the 126's if the car is a late or early model and even the rims it has on it. Imagine an early SEC with early alloys (i think you call them bundt cake designs),... not too nice.
I pointed this out because there is on just like the one I described above near my house in London. It doesn't do the car any justice.
The 500 in cnd's post looks real nice, specially with those Zender alloys.
Joe,Have any of you ever seen 15" bundt cake rims used on the W109s and W116s? You can clearly see the size difference in photos. I think there's a few 300SDs running around with the 15" bundts.
