Believe me when I say this, I have changed more parts on my car than most people do over a the lifetime of their vehicle.
EHA - Electro Hydraulic Actuator, check the voltage readins to it.
Also, perform a fuel flow test !
Another problem is that the poteniometer on the airflow meter could be causing inaccurate mixture. I could go on & on & on, but it would be best to spend the coin & have it diagnosed rather than go the route I did. But hey I am a Mercedes parts dude [)]
