Im posting this thread just in case this helps someone. Apparently worn out resonator hangers will cause this. And theres 2 on each side.

Symptoms are a rattling noise underneath almost at the same rhythm when you accelerate from a stop position. Tends to happen more if accelerating quickly rather than a slow start. Also tends to be less of an issue when engine is at normal operating temp.

Thinking of the worst that it was my transmission, I was so glad that 2 hangers ($15 for both) took care of it. So when the hangers are worn, it drops the resonator a few millimeters which then drops the exhaust pipes hitting the crossmember underneath it. THAT was what was making the rattling sound.
