All boxes checked correctly on Mercedes me connect and in sprinter for a map update. Still no update since fall of 2019 though an update is available. Manual update is not available through Connect me services. When I push the button for online update I receive a message stating:

The service is unavailable for technical reasons.
Please try again later.
If the error persists, please contact Mercedes Me Support.
In order to provide you with faster support, please include the ID in the form or when calling the hotline.

Mercedes me connect support keeps stating I am sitting in tier 2 in Germany waiting for someone to tell me whats wrong. Does anyone know how to update maps with this issue?
