Is that definitely a pic of that interior? There looks like a headrest in the window at the front, so wheres the "tyre over" bit gone, and the left hand side of the interior doesn't look like theres a side window, so doesn't match the outside pics? Not standing room either perhaps?

I think it is. I used ctrl. + to blow upp this photo and it is large a bead in the front and if you look at the left side window then you can see wood in rails and the aircon is in the middle like on the picture, but I didn't put this picture on the web

I think that interior shot matches up just right.

The snout that bridges over the spare tire ties right into the cab, so you see the
Headrest in the cab. There is a bed in the snout, which can be seen past the seating.

The sides of the snout interior have the round details.

The left side window can be seen in the interior shot, but it looks like it has the shade partially pulled up.

The two pictures (interior and exterior) were on 3 different Italian websites where I swiped the pictures from. (ie, both pictures, 3 different sources)
