I am sure all of us like to keep our newly SLK in top show room condition by dress up the tyres after the car wash.

I am having problem finding a long lasting tyre spray, gel or foam product to make my tyres look new and shiny (wet-look).

I used the gel type and after a day of driving, my fenders was gummed up with black spots, not really happy about that.[!]

The spray type seems to lost its shine after driven in a rainy day.[]

I tried a few other products in the market and they are never the same as the original MB dealers use on their cars. Notice how shiny your tyre look when you get your new SLK from the dealer.

Does anyone know what is a durable product to use?

I never really cared for the gooey black look (or the mess the gunk makes). I use Meguiar's pump spray tire dressing and just spray it on a rag and rub it on clean tires. It makes the black a nice, clean, new look with just a satin like look. I usually apply the dressing at each wash, about every week. It does not have a gooey buildup look, just new like fresh tires with a bit of a glow.
