The Detroit contingent of the forum met today and couldn't come up with a solution. Two lights or four. We figured out that we lived about 15 miles apart and should probably meet in person. Neat to see both ends of the 107 age spectrum side by side. Man, 15 years makes a difference.

Pasquale's on Woodward

I'm here in Redford. Where did you guys meet? Can't tell what parking lot from the picture - on Woodward or Gratiot?
It was our version of the Woodward Dream Cruise. Next time. We'll try for a bigger group.

We were talking about London

You got a Londoner here - just up the road from you relatively speaking.
We tossed the idea around of maybe a road trip to RM Auctions Classic Car Museum up towards you...thinking also about Nobby and the NY contingent. If you've never been there, this is one of the great stops for a car nut. Incredible number of cars and you can watch the restoration shop.

You guys are killin' me. Maybe I'll take a drive past the caution light later today if traffic isn't too heavy.

Blenheim, near Chatham. Worth a visit.
Well worth a visit if you in the neighbourhood. Was there last summer. Best time to go according to our guide ( at least for that time of year) is near the end of July as they are storing a lot of cars on their showroom floor for shipment to their Monterry auction in August.

Let's try to plan it.

What Saturdays in June work for anyone? I cannot do the 16th - that's the NASCAR race weekend at Michigan Int'l. Others are open

You asked the "W" question and I don't mean George.
It was just a question, Dig. Some wives won't let their husbands stray too far. Some share ownership of the hobby car and want to go where it goes. Some wives might want to check out handsome Canadian men.
My wife already has one so she probably will not come. If EVERYONE is bringing a wife then my wife will come to be polite. I love it when she cruises with me but it is not HER favorite thing.
