Quad exhaust " V8-sound " video...Picture..Updated..

Have always loved the sound of a V8-engine and the looks of twin exhaust pipes. Some cuts and modifications, and voila ! The idle is a little bit high because the car is just started. Its difficult to enclose the right sound, but the video gives you a hint..........Twin dual exhaust ??!!..Maybee I replace them with two "ovals....

Thanks linh for exelent pictures. My car is without sparewheel compartment since the car came with the " flat tire kit". I made a metal sheet of aluminum, that fits exactly. So the floor in the trunk is flat. Cant take a picture without the mat, because its glued to the aluminum sheet. Also have a layer of noise reducing type/ material, also glued.
From underneath its also flat.. I took the "sparewheel kit", the jack and the other tools and placed them in the holes / compartements that are in the left and right in the trunk.

Pipes underneath looks almost the same. I used 2,5" pipes. The only difference is that I have a little / small silencer/ muffler on the right side. Now if someone thinks that the V8-sound will be unilateral, more on the left side, less on the right, you can`t hear any difference. The experience of the sound is as "one sound". I have asked many of my friends, and NONE experienced the sound as unilateral.
I shosed a small muffler to "smooth" the sound a little bit. If you want to go without a muffler, as in pictures in the link, there is no problem, it just sounds more "agressive".

When you drive the car there is almost no difference of the experienced "exhaust sound" inside the car compared with standard exhaust / muffler. It`s just only when you accelerate, or driving upphill that you hear the difference.
I love the new sound of my car, and the sound makes people to react. If you have any doubts of going with twin exhaust, just go for it. It`s easy to do, doesn`t cost to much, is easy to reinstall / rebuild to original and you will love it.

Best regards from Tomas in Sweden, Sorry for my " Swenglish" but I hope you got the message......
