Hello W212 E-Class,

Got W212 E550 2012, i need to replace turbo charger water circuit due to leak. I looked at WIS and shows me exactly how the feed and return piping from turbo charger back to the engine. After looking at the engine, WIS shows that's exactly the piping from turbo charger back to the engine.

Went to the dealer and provided VIN number. After looking at their diagram their connection is totally different. The Left return line with its part number A2782000751 have this big plastic that connects to the body of the engine and another hose that connects the right return line. Mine on the other hand, from the turbo (feed and supply) then connects to the engine.

It is exactly similar to photo shown below.

How to find the part number required to replace old turbo charger water circuits? any advise is greatly appreciated.

Thank you Konigstiger, appreciate your time and effort. Yes, it is no different from the dealer diagram. Mine is WDDHF9BB2CA612581 and same information what you have shared.

mine right now is what shown below in WIS.
item 4 in below it is separate connector that goes in and connect to water pump body for the left side supply and return. Item 7 the blow up image it is also separate connector that goes in and connect to water pump body for the right side supply and return.

another image of the actual connection of item 4 and 7 is shown below. That item 80 on your attached pdf/EPC is not there. I try to find bulletin it says that water circuit for m278 2012 has been updated to new circuit but couldn’t find one. I used EPC as well and find a note saying “…do not used old parts…” does that mean for future replacement of parts i can use the new connection shown on the EPC and they’re compatible?

if anyone can give me enlightenment highly appreciate the effort

Hello Konigstiger et al,

item 90 and 10 are both supply or feed line. Item item 150 and 50 are both return line. I am confuse… after both item 90 and 10 supply or feed the line with coolant… and goes to return line 150 and 50… i do not see it goes back to the engine… where does the coolant goes back to the engine… apologize for my confusion.

thanks again for your effort and help konigstiger.
