The front is going to be tight.
Do you plan on running these on the OE wheels? If not, what are the wheel dimenisons (width and offset)?

The front fitment will be good to go I just recommend sticking with a tire brand that runs a little smaller in size. Tires are just like shoe sizes. Some brands run larger while others run smaller even in the same size.
As for the rear fitment, the 265/40-17 should work but this size is not recommended for your factory wheels. The approved rim width range for tire size 265/40-17 is 9" to 10.5". If you mount this on your factory 8.5" rear wheels, the tire will be pinched which can cause handling issues as well as premature wear. Worst case, tire failure. I recommend running a new set of wheels if you want to go with the wider tire size in the rear.
