Hi
Had the propshaft "plummer block" replaced recently and now seem to have developed a low rumbling noise from somewhere in the drive train. Like severe road noise.
More alarmingly there is a terrific,very load screech or scream from the rear end, only when I really floor it from rest.
Similar noise to tyres loosing grip,but definitely not that.Sounds like metal on metal.
Any ideas before I take it back the merc specialist?
