Yes, but how do I know that I need to replace the trans mount? What are the symptoms of a bad mount?
If you're asking, you probably need help. First, get under there and look at it. But jack correctly so you don't play roulette with your life. Or, at least have a $10,000 life insurance for your funeral. My life insurance is $3M, so I get under the car all I want.

No, it's not whole life. It's term. Oh, and it's $3.5M--my mistake.

Whole life is a waste of money. Life insurance companies try to sell you these "investment" products that look like it's making you money. Some even sell you "100% money back" products that gives you money back if you're not dead by a certain time.

Truth is, these "investments" don't even outperform low-yield CD accounts.

Stick with term, pay for as many years as possible. Mine is based on my 10-year projected income.

Haha, hijacking.... Yes, let's stop after this one....

I'm retired, so no company expense anymore! But, I signed up for term while I was still young, and I signed up for many decades, so I'm still covered for years. I have enough assets for them, but the extra 3.5 (tax-free) would be nice for them, since I'm affected by the estate tax....

Btw, I've been to Ft. Worth. Brings back good memories when I was still ridin' my saddle. I never got around on my own because I was being wined and dined by some guys for a few days, but I remember going to the County to discuss plans for a light rail going past the Tandy towers, and I remember other things like the geodesic dome, the bar with 1000 beers, the big party place (that place is crazy; was it Billy's or something like that), and a famous tex-mex restaurant.... Good times....

Cheers
