Ok everyone I did a trans fluid and filter change. It went well and the reason for doing this was the pan gasket was leaking. Sense I have changed that I have a large leak coming from the passenager side of the transmission and it is just above the pan about an inch or so up. What is this and why is fluid leaking out of it? It is round and of a different metal then what the transmission is made out of. I don't know what to do to fix this last night I am sure it leaked about 1/2 qt.

Pics might help. Did you only drop the pan and change the gasket and filter or did you touch anything else? Maybe the dipstick got loose or isn't seated properly? How much did you torque the trans bolts down to?
I did change the pan gasket and It is not leaking from the dip tube or the pan. It is a small round area about 3 in in dia. on the pass side of the car. God help please it leaked a qt of fluid out last night.
It's one of your [email protected] the rear is B2..I forget which is towards the front. You can fix the B2 in the car..the other I'm not so sure about.
