Does anyone know when you should change the Transmission fluid in GLK 350? I have a 2010 with 30K miles on it, runs smooth just want to stay on top of my maintenance.

Should? Follow the M-B service schedule? Check your fluid and make a decision based on your fluid wear pattern? Flip a coin? Follow the schedule that came with the car and do it at 40,000?

Take your pick.

Your car has the 722.9 transmission and recommended fluid and filter change is now at 39k Miles. These transmissions have suffered many valve body and control unit problems so make sure you do all servicing on time to keep your warranty up to date, as you will save a lot of money on this warranty in the long run.

At 40.000 miles or 4 years intervals, in accordance with the MB periodic maintenance program requirement, note the Maintenance Booklet: http://www.mbusa.com/vcm/MB/Digital...klets/2010_c_cl_cls_e_gl_glk_m_r_s_sl_slk.pdf.

Conflicting information. Which is it? 39,000 miles or 40.000 miles?
No worries. I can't imagine 1,000 miles making much difference. I guess we can split the difference and get ours changed at 39,500 miles.

Wondering if the GLK350 is on the assembly line as I type.
