Hi Guys first time posting here, In currently debating if I should install a transmission cooler in my Benz it's a 89 2.6. If I do decide to do it is there anything I should know before hand or any parts in particular I need to know about?

Auto or Manual? If auto there’s already cooler lines running from trans to radiator. If manual, are you noticing something that’s causing you to want a cooler?

It's an Auto, I'm just looking to do preventive maintenance to help keep things cool.

BricksBenz I am interested in this ,,,its a job i was looking in to doing myself .These cooler pipes in the radiator can over time fracture ot corrode,, and in doing so will transfer coolant in to the auto box .This extra cooler will stop this happening
